GAIL (India) Limited (GAIL) is supplying Natural Gas to its customer Chambal Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (CFCL), located at Gadepan (in Rajasthan). GAIL is supplying Gas to CFCL through its existing 18” HVJ branch Pipeline and VKPL-I (Vijaipur Kota Pipeline). VKPL-I and VKPL-II Pipelines are origination from Vijaipur and running parallel upto Boreri station. VKPL-II currently terminates at Boreri, and VKPL-I goes upto Kota. At Boreri, VKPL-II feeds to VKPL-I pipeline (by looping). Boreri station is existing receiving station for VKPL-II pipeline. Gadepan is existing IP station of VKPL-I pipeline, approx. 30 kms from Boreri towards kota. To fulfil the additional supply demand of 2.4 MMSCMD to CFCL, GAIL has planned to lay a new 18” dia x 30 KM pipeline from Boreri to CFCL-III at Gadepan. This pipeline shall take Gas from Terminal Point of Existing VKPL-II pipeline at Boreri and shall run upto CFCL-III Gadepan. At CFCL it will hooked upto the metering and PRS skid feeding to CFCL-III.
